Our region’s many challenges—from failing schools to troubling crime rates, slow economic growth, and our steady decline in national prominence—are a direct result of our high concentrations of poverty and communities in decline.

In order for our region to be successful in the years ahead, it’s vital that we invest in our under-resourced communities and recognize that how we’ve previously addressed these issues is not working.

The Once and for All IPO uses the initial public offering framework to enable all of St. Louis to address the root sources of our challenges, utilizing and innovative model for community transformation, to move our entire region forward—once and for all.
